Abdullah Al-Ali is the founder and CEO of Cyberkov Information Technology, a Kuwait-based cybersecurity and signal security firm established in 2012. A veteran cybersecurity strategist and digital security advisor, he is widely regarded as one of the leading voices in information security and digital privacy across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
With more than two decades of experience, Abdullah has advised governments and national institutions on cybersecurity strategy, cyber defense, and digital risk. He served as Senior Cybersecurity Advisor to Kuwait’s Communications and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA) from 2014 to 2020, where he contributed to the development of Kuwait’s Cybersecurity Strategy (2017–2020). He has also held roles with the Saudi Ministry of Defense and Kuwait’s Ministry of Justice.
