Cyberkov Accepted into Anthropic's Cyber Verification Program — First Kuwaiti Company

Cyberkov Information Technology has been accepted into Anthropic's Cyber Verification Program (CVP), making it the first company in Kuwait to receive this designation. The CVP grants vetted cybersecurity organizations verified access to Claude's advanced dual-use cyber capabilities for legitimate defensive security research and operations.

Anthropic built the Cyber Verification Program to address a fundamental challenge in AI-assisted security work: the most effective defensive research — exploitability analysis, adversarial testing, threat modeling, and root-cause investigation — shares technical DNA with offensive techniques. Frontier AI models apply safeguards that, by default, limit this dual-use work. CVP opens that door for organizations doing legitimate defensive work, under strict confidentiality and responsible-use requirements.

Acceptance into the program required Cyberkov to demonstrate its commitment to ethical security practices and prove that its use cases align with defensive security objectives.
